I dont know about the rest of the staff but i refused to schedule an appointment with the practice just because the receptionist was so rude when I called to find out if I had been seen there before.
I had a wonderful visit with the Dr. He knows his business and even though I have seen 2 other urologist I felt Dr. Mcarthy knows the most and moves quicker and this I like . The staff is wonderful too. I see him when he comes to Wilmington.
Had a prostrate procedure with Dr. M. He was dynamite! Things were very smooth with good follow up. Very pleasant guy. You can have confidence in him.
Had a prostate procedure recently and I found Dr McCarthy to be thoroughly professional, informative and sympathetic. I think he is excellent doctor but more importantly, a very good man. The staff there is also great. They make me feel that they know me and really give a good feeling about being there. You won't ever see these people because you want to, but rather due to certain circumstances. But if it is necessary to see this type of physician, I recommend them very highly
