Always get superior service, in the fastest time. Very impressed by all who work here and their dedication to helping the customers. Can get busy at times, but they add staff for busier periods.
Wow I'm actually surprised the reviews are good. I came in here about a month ago and two middle aged guys were working... I sat in my car for a few minutes before going in and was puzzled when I seen one of the employees airing out the door... Not thinking about it I took my packages in and the smell immediately hit me, these employees are smoking pot IN THE STORE. the whole store reeked of marijuana and both employees looked high as a kite. Bloodshot eyes and all. Do you guys not drug test your employees or have video cameras, I mean really!!!!
This has been a great place for me to handle a lot of business; I'm a business sales advisor with Apple, Inc. and they've been available to assist with a lot. This morning I came to quickly print 2 pages, and I was charged $3.00. That is insane- as a loyal customer to this store I'm disappointed by that like literally $3.00 for a sheet of paper and 2 minutes on the computer. I was out in 5 minutes and even restated what just happened "I was really just charged $3.00 for a sheet of paper, and the sales associate just said, yup"
