My grandmother passed and the day before the funeral the florist who took our order for the casket spray and standing spray here in Wilmington, called to say he could NOT deliver them out to the church as he didnt realize how far away it was. (but still wanted to charge me for the casket spray bc they had already been cut, so we picked it up and drove it to the church) I called and spoke to the nicest, most empathetic man on phone, who I'm sure was already inundated with orders, yet promised me he could make the arrangement I requested. Stargazer Lilly's were her favorite, so even though out of season...he found a few and added them front and center to our spray...AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE!!! I cannot say enough how he made a horrible situation far less stressful. The arrangement was gorgeous!!!!!
