Small store with high prices. Has some rental equipment & U haul vehicles.
Not the cheapest option, but they do rent equipment, and they've kindly negotiated when it wouldn't affect them negatively.
We returned an Uhaul trailer a day early that we had rented, we called and told them it would be after hours and they said to just drop it in the lot, so that's what we did and took a picture (that is date stamped) of it beside other trailers. You can see that they have a surveillance camera facing the lot and you would believe that would be all they need to check what time and day we returned it, but I guess it doesn't work.
They charged us an extra day and was very hateful over the phone when trying to get this resolved and we still haven't been refunded our money. I own two businesses myself and Trexler Hardware has been one of the most unprofessional businesses I have ever dealt with. I would not recommend them to anybody!
Wow what a great hardware store. Keys are made perfect. They have everything I need they cut some cable. Pvc, had the right locks and hardware that I needed. There very helpful and nice Everytime that I go there. That's why I shop local stores. They remember me and always do the right thing. Thank you.
