Meh. Ordered a Pizza with 3 toppings. Pizza only had 2 toppings. Clearly marked on the side of the box my order request. Fail.
Ordered a pizza from here last night for take out. Got to store way early to ensure it was fresh when I picked it up. Paid for the pie and once it was done I headed home which is a half mile from their store. Open the box to find a burnt pizza that was not even edible it was so scorched and hard. I called to let them know I was coming back to return the pizza and asked them to make another for me so I don't have to wait. I get there frustrated obviously because of the inconvenience. They apologized but the only thing they offered me above an apology was for me to keep the pizza I DID NOT want; seriously now that's great customer service; here keep the burnt pizza we screwed up for our mistake. Then i told them this was my last order with their store and if they wanted to keep my business I'd like a refund for the inconvenience; they declined. So I'll be buying pizza elsewhere; this store is full of teenagers who stand around taking about their social lives rather than actually working.
I order from this Domino's semi-regularly due to only having 2 delivery options when I do not have a lunch break that I am able to leave. I have to say that if you order any extra sauces, make sure they are in the bag, because they tend to forgot them when they deliver. However today, I have been having a really bad week and the delivery driver Christopher really helped to put a bright spot in my day, I called and asked for the manager to tell them what a great delivery driver he was and when I asked to speak the the manager I got "This is the Domino's Manager, what can I do for you." I asked for her name and had to repeat myself 3 times and she finally said her name was MiKayla. Mikayla could care less about what I was calling about and her voice said that much, she was mumbling, uninterested, and altogether made it seem like she took no pride in being a manager. I told her that I have had an awful week and that her delivery driver really put a smile on my face and she said in an uninterested voice "Thanks, I will let him know." If my employees/teammates were getting a positive review I would really thank the customer for letting me know and say we appreciate you choosing Domino's. Besides the 3 regular delivery drivers that come to my location being pretty exceptional, I think I will be passing on this disappointing establishment.
So a new manager is at this spot. He "personally " made my pizzas and had me wait on speaker while he yelled at someone for a chart of how much goes on each pizza. .. . Sad he didn't know his craft, sad his scale wasn't weighing.. I'm a chef and I know a half pound of mushrooms. Just sad. And double topping is 14.5 oz of mushroom. So I'm to believe every pizza there that gets single mushroom on a large gets 7.25 oz. Barely a half cup.. please... I'll be finding a new pizza spot
Really like their pizza since they changed the crust several years ago. The web site is a little hard to navigate, but not bad. Good service from this store.
