Literally the worst Taco Bell I've been to. It was around 9pm and they were super slow and all of the tables were dirty when we could clearly see the cashier walking to the back to be on her phone between orders. There were 3 of us, and they got all 3 of our orders wrong. My friend tried to get them to fix her order and the replacement was cold, even after she had to wait an extra 10 minutes for it. Then when she tried to get a refund, the manager tried arguing with her!
Food is good. Unfortunately they are always getting the orders wrong. Please check your food before you leave.
Almost always out of flavor in drinks. Super slow service often. Once got told we had to go through the drive threw lane cause their cash registers at the desk werw down. They wouldn't just do it there for us.
Ordered a crunch wrap with no lettuce. Waited almost 10 minutes in the drive through and came home to a meal full of shredded lettuce that's impossible to just pick out. On top of that, there is MAYBE a tablespoon of meat on the whole thing.
Stop here 2-3 days a week and the service (drive-thru) is superior! Friendly and courteous staff. However, my experience this morning was not so pleasant. I understand being short staffed but NOT treating customers with disrespect.
