Not cheap but an excellent dog boarding facility.
Lilly and Wally love it at Magnolia. They receive exceptional care and the facility is nice and clean. We love the staff and their caring ways.
I was initially referred to magnolia by a client who was very pleased. When speaking to the young lady she made me feel very comfortable with bringing my doggy in for a walk through. However, the man who greeted me when I arrived seemed to not care about any of my concerns, being this was my little ones first time boarding. I asked if I could walk her back and introduce her to the other dogs being she wasn't familiar with anyone at the facility yet, he said no! You can only watch from the camera. Also told me I would have to sign a waiver incase my dog bit someone else's dog and "money was involved" . He never once even acknowledged my dog. His presentation was all wrong. Needless to say I told him we would pass! I felt very disrespected and it was a huge waste of time and travel!
The staff took their time to listen and learn about our dog and her needs. We left them with lots of things for our dog and we got every little thing back, nothing was lost. They even gave our dog her special veggie snacks. Absolutely no hidden fees!Our dog was sad to leave all the new friends she made. She will be back for their doggie day care a few times a month. Thank you MB&B for making it easier for us to leave our dog.
I felt comfortable leaving my dog there for a long weekend. I usually don't board her, but I had to this time and was initially rather nervous about it. They took good care of her and kept her on a schedule that minimized her unease. When I went for an early walk-through, the gentleman didn't really address any of the concerns I had as a new customer. However, the young lady who usually works at the front desk was awesome. On the day I dropped my dog off, I felt very much at ease due to her knowledge, ability to bond with my dog, and apparent familiarity with the animals and procedures.
