I hate this place and today I finally had enough and transferred pharmacy's . They are rude and when you call you feel like you are bothering them.
Good prices, but short staffed. Waiting lines are usually 3 or 4 deep. Don't be in a hurry if you are dropping off or picking up. Drive thru is located on opposite side of building. Very time consuming.
Horrible. I tried to transfer my prescriptions from another pharmacy. I never received notice my order was ready. I went to the drive thru because I my BP was high because a week passed and they didn't have my prescriptions ready. The person working drive thru was rude and left me sitting for over 20 minutes so I pressed the call button again she said I would have to pay because she didn't have time to get all my insurance info. My prescriptions have continued to be mixed up and not ready.
They have a lot of RX employee and still slow filling RX I looking for another one I like Harris Teeter in Leland
