I called about a home for rent last week that I had seen on Zillow and I wish I could remember who I spoke with but she was Very Rude. Now I have a low credit and I understand that they don't want to work with people with low credit ratings but I have always paid my rent on time and have been doing so for the last 4 years and even have letters from my landlord to prove it plus I also have a steady income. This women was so rude that she didn't want to hear anything I had to say and she also yelled at me and said " When you improve your credit them call me back" then she hung up on me. I went through all of this because I had a car repossessed after my husband past away of cancer. I will never deal with them again.

Our real estate agent, Kevin Murphy, was very helpful with all of the paperwork and guiding us through the NC process to purchase a building lot since we live in another state. The Sea Coast closing coordinator, Nerissa, was also helpful. I was disappointed with delays by the closing attorney's office in providing timely info for closing and then having to call them a couple times for a copy of the deed for our property.
