Let me preface this by saying I like Hardee's. However at this location fast food can be a bit of a misnomer. In order to (fraudulently) keep their average time at the window lower, you will typically be asked to pull up to the white line even if you're the only vehicle in the drive thru. If there's a second vehicle they will be asked to park nearby. This afternoon my wife and I were the only people in line, ordered two basic combos, and were asked to pull to the line... where we waited for a little over fifteen minutes. This is far from an isolated incident, simply the most extreme example in a while.
AVOID IT ON WEDNESDAY NIGHTS!!!!!!! They have some elderly gathering where they wail into a microphone for who knows how long. Not the best experience when you're just trying to run in and grab food on your way home from work. Also, if you have any sort of "complicated" order, DONT try the drive thru.... IT WILL BE WRONG 100% of the time. Every time we go through the drive thru and modify the sandwiches, its been wrong.
Never again... ordered a #10 and the fries were hot but the chicken sandwich was cold as i dont know what!!!! Gave it back they made me a new one. I didnt even want to eat there no more so i took it home only to have some wet soggy bread like its been dipped in water
Last time I went, there was no one there. No customers. No employees. And it was during dinner time. Really a surreal experience...
