I recently moved to Leland and was looking to get an oil change for my car. I am glad I stopped by this car center. All I can say is they are friendly and professional. They are honest about the work needs to be done, I highly recommend!
I brought my car to another meineke because the car wasn't producing any heat and they had my car for 4 1/2 hours and told me nothing was wrong and I told them that there was and they told me to put a piece of cardboard in front of the radiator. I brought my car to the Leland Meineke and they diagnosed the problem within 30 minutes and fixed it in a timely manner and they did not price gouge me like the other Meineke. The atmosphere is friendly and down to earth. I recommend the Leland Meineke to everyone.
Will not go back. Went in and asked to make sure you drive the truck to hear the squeaking in the front passenger side. I had a 8 am appt. No one showed up until after 8:10 am. I left keys and told them to call me when they figure out whats wrong. Well after 4 hours and 2 calls I finally got them to tell me I needed Camber bolts. Ok so I get the truck at 5pm.
My money will go elsewhere.
I do not believe they cared they just replaced whatever to get rid of me.
I ask the head guy did you drive it after you fixed it to make sure this fixed the squeaking, his answer was yes it did not squeak. I get in the truck and drive out and it is squeaking as bad as before. SO $372 down the drain.
Came in for a BASIC oil change on my car I just bought a week ago BASIC oil which is suppose to be $19.95....three hours later I was charge $46 and they told me my wheels were about to fall out and several other "issues" with my car and that I was in serious danger of death or bodily injuries if I didn't return my car back to the dealer and that I needed to tell my dealer that they would be fined 10,000 for passing my car and gave me a name a deputy and all...they played on my fear and the fact that my husband was deployed and I was alone they told me it could be up to $2,000 to fix the "issues" they found ...took it back to the dealer and a different mechanic and no issues what so ever were found. I think it is completely deplorable and down right disgusting that they would try to not only have me fear for my life but to also give me false information on my car as well as to give me information to go and threaten my dealership with as well.....shame on this whole building and I will be sure to tell everyone I know not to ever come here!!!!
I have been taking my 2006 Saturn Vue there since moving to Leland 3yrs ago.The staff there are very pleasant. A tech or mechanic will always explain what your option and cost are for repairs.
