I am a retired general dentist, who was in practice for 40 years. I could not have asked for any finer dental treatment which was professionally and compassionately delivered by Dr. Bald and his staff. They provided the highest degree of care and dental expertise.
My next appointment was an emergency visit due to a toothache. I was given an appointment immediately and received relief from my excruciating pain.

I went in today for a cleaning and was very very impressed in how well I was treated! The staff was so friendly and made me feel comfortable. They are very professional and I barely had to wait to be seated. I was very satisfied with my cleaning that the hygienist provided me and also with Dr. Bald's work. I will definitely be recommending everyone to come here!
This was the best experience I have ever had at a dentist's office. The staff was polite and friendly and took care of me with very little notice. The doctor and technician were also very polite, with great senses of humor, and really seemed to know what they were doing. I was in and out quickly, and the cost was very reasonable! I will recommend them to everybody I know.

My first visit to the Dental Center at Waterford was for an exam, x-rays and cleaning. I was very happy with the caring professionalism that I received from Dr. Philip F. Bald and his staff.
At age 61, I have had more than my share of dental work and have visited maybe a dozen dentists in my lifetime. Without question Dr Bald and his staff have provided the best experience time and time again. From the moment I first walked in his door for an emergency wisdom tooth extraction, to routine cleanings, exams, fillings and crowns, the entire team has made me feel important, welcome and has far exceeded my expectations. I use the word "team" because that is exactly what he has assembled at Dental Center at Waterford. Obviously his staff was chosen with careful consideration as each and every member has been polite, professional and courteous while offering what appears to be heartfelt consideration for my well being. I have watched and listened closely to conversation between the Dr and his assistants and the respect and knowledge they convey always puts me at ease. The environment is super clean, bright, soothing and everyone always seems happy there which adds to my peace of mind. I could go on and on about this practice but please know I would drive a great distance to receive the care this group offers & I have recommended them to my friends many times with confidence. In my opinion this team is truly the best, and by a wide margin.
